Forgot your password
Tap Log in, then the forgotten password link. Enter the phone number or email on your 22Bet account and follow the SMS code or email link. A reset only works for contact details already saved to your account.
The SMS code isn't arriving
Check you entered your number in the right format for your network, wait two minutes before asking for another code, and clear space if your SMS inbox is full. Repeated requests can be paused for a while, so don't keep tapping resend.
"Incorrect login or password"
Make sure you're using the same detail you registered with: an account created with a phone number may not accept your email until you've added it to your profile. Check caps lock and any autofill on your phone, then reset your password if it still fails.
Account blocked or "under verification"
